These gardening activities are designed to support your rehabilitation, recovery, health and well being over the coming weeks, months and years.

They are additional activities to the Gardening for Hearts & Minds guide available through health professionals in England working with people affected by heart disease and stroke.

 Just 30! minutes of gardening each day is good for you!

It can help you:
