Thrive uses gardening to bring about positive changes in the lives of people living with disabilities or ill health, or are isolated, disadvantaged or vulnerable.

•  £15 could pay for an hour's session on CV writing and job searching

• £25 enables one person to attend a half day therapeutic session at a Thrive garden

• £35 would contribute towards garden therapy starter packs with tools, seeds and information to help a stroke survivor start gardening

• £50 enables us to answer 15 queries on gardening techniques for disabled people

• £250 means Thrive can offer practical gardening workshops to members of a stroke club
