Soaker hose
Soaker hoses leak along the entire length to give the soil a deep soaking.
The Hozelock porous plastic hose is very flexible and is suitable for curving around borders, and individual plants. Several lengths can be connected together but the output will vary with your water pressure.
The pipe length finishes with an end-cap, which can be forced off by high water pressure, so check the system when it's installed and turn down your tap to reduce the flow if needed.
The pipe can be buried below a mulch for to help with moisture retention.
